The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders Fulfilling a contract The contract commences when a completed purchase order is accepted by Siam Swiss. However, Siam Swiss reserves the right to refuse an order without explanation. Supply We aim to supply goods for delivery within 7 days. Where this is not possible, you will receive written confirmation of the date of delivery. Pricing All prices quoted are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and Euros (€) and are inclusive of value added tax (VAT). Additional costs such as fees, tariffs and delivery are at the customer’s expense. Forwarding costs Freight charges apply to orders as follows: -Supplies in Switzerland CHF 10.-- -Supplies abroad CHF 25.— Purchase orders over the value of CHF 250.—are exempt from these charges Terms of payment Supplies will be released on receipt of payment. **Data protection Any details supplied by the customer will only be used in the commission of their orders. No details will be passed on to third parties by Siam Swiss.
